Antioxidant Boost Breakfast
This breakfast treat helps your body absorb antioxidants from fresh fruit and antioxidant packed supplements. It’s also quick and easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Organic Plain or Vanilla Low Sugar Yogurt
- Up to 1 cup of High Antioxidant fruit, such as, Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries
- (4) 450mg capsules of Curcumin
- Stevia to sweeten
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy. Take your Micorhydrin or Oliviva with this treat to help absorb the antioxidants.
