Creamy, Dreamy Salad Dressing

Creamy, Dreamy Salad Dressing
By Dawn King

Make your own salad dressings to suit your taste for pennies on the dollar!

Super Fast Salad Dressing
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar (be sure to add more if your taste buds are telling you to)

(Olive oil and apple cider vinegar retain more nutrients when bottled in dark bottles.)

Keep in mind you can add any flavors you desire to this base. For example, if you love sweet dressings, blend in a fresh peach, pear, or whatever berries you love.

Or if herbs are your favorite, add herb seasonings to taste. For example: Greek, Italian, Spike, fresh garlic and onion, dill or ginger - be creative!

Stir and store in the fridge.

Creamy and Dreamy Salad Dressing
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup olive oil or canola mayonnaise
1/4 cup rice or almond milk (this is for desired consistency- use more or less)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Herbs: add fresh or dried dill to taste
Fruit: add 1/4-1/2 half cup of pureed strawberries or raspberries
Or add lemon or lime juice

For additional nutrients add 2 oz.of TRUAloe (it comes in natural, apple-cranberry and peach flavors)

Stir until you get the texture your desire and store in fridge.
